What exactly does Pennny read?
Two years of your mail history, looking for six specific things: delay notices from airlines and railways, charges that appear twice, charges that continued after you cancelled, subscriptions that started from a free trial, receipts for things that broke inside their guarantee, and the confirmations that prove each one. It reads. It never sends, never spends, and never changes a thing in your mailbox.
Does Pennny email companies as me?
Only after you've read the letter and approved it. It then goes from your own mailbox, and the company replies to you — never to us. Every reminder and every reply needs its own fresh yes.
Does Pennny ever hold my money?
No. The recovery goes from the company straight into your own account. Pennny is never in the payment path.
How do I disconnect?
One tap, from your settings. Your access tokens are revoked and wiped immediately and nothing is scanned again. Claims already in progress carry on, because they rest on the evidence already gathered and on a separate legal basis — and you can stop any of those individually too.
